1.Card Care+ includes unlimited incidents of replacement for loss, damage, or bank-initiated changes. Each incident is subject to a service fee ranging from $10 to $50, depending on the chosen shipping speed. Coverage includes:
Protection against normal wear and tear
Expedited shipping options (subject to discounted fees)
Coverage for the specific upgraded metal credit card and its original included accessories
Options for 2-year, 4-year, or lifetime (10-year) plans
Non-transferable coverage applies only to the card upgraded through our service
Provision for bank closure cases (documentation required)
Express Replacement Service available for an additional fee
Card design changes are not covered under Card Care+ and require separate consultation with our design team at current pricing.
