How do you transfer the chip?

Unlike other card customization businesses that utilize a heat gun for EMV chip removal, our method employs a specially adapted machine, similar to those used by original card manufacturers. It applies a concentrated blend of suction and heat through a block for precise chip removal, effectively reversing the initial card manufacturing process.

This innovative approach has enhanced our transfer process to a perfect 100% success rate, ensuring both the EMV chip and the card remain intact. Moreover, we customize specific EMV chips for flawless compatibility with metal cards.

The adhesive we use is a specialized polymer, engineered to provide flexibility to the card and EMV chip, thus avoiding unnecessary chip strain. This is a crucial advantage as standard adhesives like cyanoacrylate, ethyl-2-cyanoacrylate (super glue), and other epoxy adhesives, can jeopardize the chip's integrity due to their inflexibility and may even lead to chip dislodgement when their bonds fracture.

Our use of bespoke machines to apply this adhesive before reinserting the chip ensures a factory-standard finish to each card. These machines, originally intended for bank card manufacturers, help us maintain superior quality control.

What's more, this advancement facilitates automation of the entire process, eliminating the possibility of human error and improving the overall finish. Furthermore, it allows us to promptly fulfill bulk card orders, thus significantly enhancing our production efficiency without compromising on quality.
