Our Card Insurance applies to the following:

  • Loss or Theft.
  • Expiration of your card.
  • Your bank issues you with a replacement card.
  • "Accidental Damage" which is defined as sudden and unexpected damage to your property that affects the functionality of your card. 
  • Manufacturing defects from workmanship that affect the duration of your card's practical lifetime.

 

Our Card Insurance does not apply to the following:

  • "Cosmetic Damage" which is defined as scratches, dents, scuffs, colour changes, normal wear and tear, or any other changes in the appearance of the product that does not impair the functionality of your card.

 

Gold and Rose Gold cards

Due to the mirrored finish of the Gold cards, they are prone to visible scratches and scuffs. Because of this, we advise users take care with these cards.


Insurance Terms & Conditions:

  • Single Card Coverage: Each insurance product purchase is specific to one card, covering only the original card in the order. For additional cards, you'll need to purchase additional insurance.
  • Design Limitation: Customer who purchase the insurance are eligible for unlimited replacement cards, however the design of the card cannot be changed. If the customer wishes to change the design they will have to work with a designer at the current pricing.
  • Shipping & Cost: Each replacement card is subject to a small service fee and shipping cost. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
  • Non-Refundable: Please note that once purchased, card insurance is non-refundable.

    Missed Purchasing the Insurance?

    If you forget to add Card Insurance to your card order, don't worry! You can purchase the insurance separately within 30 days of your original order, and it will apply to your card.

    If more than 30 days have passed since you placed your original order, unfortunately, card insurance can no longer be applied to your card. If you purchase insurance separately after this period, we will process a full refund for the insurance purchase.
