When using our Product Customiser on the "Create My Card" page, custom image upload feature, our design services, ordering designs over email, or requesting designs by phone, you confirm and guarantee that:

  • Ownership & Authority: You are the owner of the content being used or the content is in the public domain. You further affirm that you have the legal authority to reproduce and use the design being uploaded or requested. Violation of intellectual property laws can result in significant civil liability or criminal penalties under copyright, trademark, and other laws. By using our services and providing content, you assume full responsibility for any legal repercussions that may arise from violations of these intellectual property laws.

  • Third-Party Intellectual Property Claims: You are not aware of any third-party intellectual property claims related to the content.

  • Content Violations: The content does not violate the rights of privacy or publicity of any third party, nor does it infringe on any moral rights (rights of attribution and integrity), or any other applicable laws. The content is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, harmful or offensive, and does not contain illegal material. The content does not contain material that insults or attacks any person based on their race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or similar characteristics.

Use of Payment Network Logos

When using our Product Customiser on the "Create My Card" page, or any other card design service provided by us, and choosing to display issuer logos such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • These logos are for preview purposes only and will not be applied to the final product unless we have explicit permission from your bank or financial institution.
  • If you have chosen to open an account with Signet London, the cards will be issued by Modulr Finance and the appropriate issuer logo will be applied.
  • Under no circumstances will Signet London apply any issuer logo, or any confusingly similar trademark, without the necessary authorization.

It is your responsibility to secure the necessary authorization and you agree to indemnify and hold Signet London harmless from any claim or demand due to the misuse of these logos.

By using our services you are agreeing to our Terms of Service, which include important provisions related to indemnity and your responsibility for the content you provide.

Please note that Signet London reserves the right to object to printing material that may conflict with this copyright declaration.

In the event of any breach of these terms, you agree to bear all legal and financial responsibility arising from such a violation. Signet London reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

By using our services, you also consent to Signet London photographing and potentially using the finished product for marketing and advertising purposes. Signet London will not use any customer-submitted images, trademarked logos, or copyrighted materials for profit or resale.
