DMCA Policy

1. What is a DMCA?

Signet Card respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its customers to do the same.
We adhere to the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) which regulates the removal of copyright material. If you believe that your intellectual property has been reproduced illegally, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place by completing the report form. Our team will investigate any claims made and, if where applicable and appropriate, will remove the infringing content from our services.
Before filing a Takedown Notice, please consider whether the intellectual property is protected by the Fair Use Doctrine, otherwise you may be liable for damages (including legal costs and attorney's fees). If you are unsure whether the use of the material constitutes infringement, please seek legal advice before filing a report to Signet Card.
A DMCA request can be sent to us via the contact information below, or by simply completing our DMCA Report Form.
