DMCA Policy
1. What is a DMCA?Signet Card respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its customers to do the same.
We adhere to the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) which regulates the removal of copyright material. If you believe that your intellectual property has been reproduced illegally, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place by completing the report form. Our team will investigate any claims made and, if where applicable and appropriate, will remove the infringing content from our services.
Before filing a Takedown Notice, please consider whether the intellectual property is protected by the Fair Use Doctrine, otherwise you may be liable for damages (including legal costs and attorney's fees). If you are unsure whether the use of the material constitutes infringement, please seek legal advice before filing a report to Signet Card.

2. Filing a takedown noticeTo report infringement to Signet Card, please use our reporting form. If you are not able to use the reporting form, please send a Takedown Notice via email to
dmca@signetlondon.com which must include the following information:
- The name of the intellectual property owner including the full name, address, email address and phone number.
- A sufficient description about the infringing content including URL or Internet location if applicable.
- A statement on the submitter's belief that the copyright is being used without permission and authorisation by the intellectual property owner.
- A statement that the information provided in the notice is wholly accurate and that you are the copyright owner or the submitter is authorised to submit the DMCA Notice on the owner's behalf.
- An electronic or physical signature.
3. Filing a counter notice
If you work has been reported by another individual, but you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to dmca@signetlondon.com which must include the following information:
- Your full name, address, email address and phone number.
- A description of the content that was removed, supported by registration and other documentation (if possible).
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
- An electronic or physical signature.
